We're thrilled to welcome you and Tailored Auto Enrolment to the RollPay family!
It's our mission to deliver excellence throughout the journey and will be doing all we can to ensure the transition is perfectly seamless.
You don't need to do anything!
Your data is being migrated to our systems and your existing direct debit mandates are being moved to our own Gocardless account so will continue as before.
All your services will stay exactly the same though some may start to look a little differently on the RollPay system.
Your invoice payments and fees will also remain exactly the same.
