Following last years October 2018 budget the new National Minimum Wage (NMW) rates effective from 6th April 2019 are as follows;
All employers will need to ensure compliance with the above rates as penalties will be up to £20,000 per employee in the new tax year.
Directors can also be banned from running a company for up to 15 years if found guilty.
