Coronavirus ‘COVID-19’ pandemic, office policy.

As an operationally cloud based organisation its our intention to operate as close to a ‘business as usual’ approach. With the only exception of office based activities to protect our employees, customers and suppliers.


We have decided to put several measures in place to protect the health and safety of all concerned, including:


  • Cloud based systems - we have the resources for all staff to work from home. All our systems including telephones are cloud based and will be monitored as normal during these unprecedented times.

  • Restrictions - face to face meetings in the office will be reduced or kept to the 2 meters distance advised. We will not be able to visit any customers or suppliers in person foe now but have the facility to carry out virtual meetings, screen shares and video calls as usual.

  • Isolation - All staff members have been advised to follow government advice to self-isolate if they feel unwell, show symptoms or have come into contact with anyone who has.


Our offices will remain open operating with a reduced capacity with the remainder of staff working remotely from home.


Whilst we don‘t anticipate any issues the management will continually monitor any impact this may have on our service levels.


This ever changing situation is being reviewed daily. Staff are being trained on the new government initiatives as soon as possible so we can advise clients as soon as possible.

The health and safety of our employees, suppliers and customers is our highest priority, along with providing support and a continued service for our customers.
