Well what a year it’s been!
We’ve now been in our new offices for an entire year and are already looking to outgrow it during the next 12 months!
We’ve hired new additions to our team almost every month in the last year and it’s not slowing as we approach the 2018/19 tax year.
The team we have now is the best it’s ever been. The spirit and camaraderie is great with the office “payroll ping pong championship” now a regular event in the company calendar!
Not a month has gone by without us rolling out system improvements and additions – some obvious and client facing others more behind the scenes. Always working towards our goal of enabling our clients to profit from payroll - as most of our clients have grown with us over the last 12 months it certainly seems to be working!
Price increase April 2018…
As our commitment to a continuously developed and enhanced service increases we’ve had to review our pricing structure. We’re pleased to confirm that whilst price increases are planned for the new tax year none of our current clients are going to be affected!
The 15% increase will only be applied to new signups from 6th April 2018 onwards, you can 'request a quote' and go live any time up to 6th to take advantage of this years prices.
We’ve also introduced minimum contract terms so clients have increased peace of mind and can plan for the future. All contract prices plans are fixed for the duration of the plan and not subject to any planned increases.
GDPR - 25th May…
Whilst we’ve had to make some changes to our system to ensure we’re meeting our legal obligations for GDPR it’s been more of a formalisation process for RollPay. Most of the steps we were following already we’ve just had to implement better management policies that show how we’re managing the data to comply going forward.
Crown Commercial
We’re now pleased to be a crown commercial payroll supplier. The selection process wasn’t the easiest but as we know anything worth getting is hard work… it’s nice to be considered ‘good enough to supply the government’ with payroll services and is a great testament to the team here - well done guys! New services!
New this year is our white label payroll services to the recruitment industry. We’re now offering a fully managed back office solution with invoicing and payroll combined.

Finally a huge well done to the whole team at RollPay who pull out all the stops to produce the most accurate payroll day in day out. They put our clients needs above their own, staying late and working lunches when needed and we'd be nothing without them!
