We're excited to announce and welcome Simon Brookes to the RollPay team as our new Group Sales Director. Simon is responsible for sales team leadership, continued growth within the business and sales strategy pushing into the new year.
Simon joins us from the In-Sync Group and has a diverse payroll background specialising within the construction and employment status area.

Simon's key strength's in construction, the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and employment status will be added to our thriving bureau setup and technical knowledge to offer new services to an existing client base along with new growth in these area's of the business.

"I have operated in the construction arena for over 20 years working for companies such as Speedy Hire PLC and Harsco Corporation. For the last 10 years I have specialised in the Contract and Payroll sector specifically. This arena includes the ever changing world of "Employment Status" which is constantly changing and evolving.
It is due to the aforementioned challenges that I still revel in this area of business as it keeps you on your toes. From a business perspective I still get enormous satisfaction from helping my clients operate compliantly and efficiently.
On a personal level I am a family man with 5 great kids that enjoys the simple things. I still enjoy the odd game of football on the weekends when possible or even a round of golf if I'm lucky!
